Home to Mississippi!

     We made the long drive down to Alabama on Sunday.  It was 13 hr. to my Aunt Gale's house in Tuscumbia.  We stayed with her the night and then went the rest of the way to Decatur the next day.  It's so nice to be home!
     Lyla helped me make some dulce de leche cookies.  So good!  We made the dulce de leche in the crock pot overnight and that is something I will definitely be doing again.  Everything tastes better with dulce de leche on it.

     What do dads do with daughters who adore them?  Teach them to shave!  Just kidding.  The razors had the guards on them.  For whatever reason, Celee and Lyla wanted to try out "shaving."  
     Casey, Brandy, Dannielle, and Linkoln got to come visit us!  It was a real treat to get to spend some time with them.  Link is a doll.  Lyla and Danny love to play together.  And we all got to catch up a little and play some games.  I got to hold a sleeping baby, so that's always good.  I wish we got to see them all more often!
