A Piano Recital

     This was the girls first piano recital in Maryland.  Somehow they made it out last year without one.  We had a doozy of time finding the required dress for each of them.  It is hard to find black skirts that cover the knees when sitting for all three sizes.  But we persevered and did it!
Each girl practiced for many weeks prior to the recital.  And they did really well!  Gwyn played Joy to the World.  Celee played Away in a Manger.  And Lyla played Bring a Torch Jeanette Isabella.  The recital was interesting because it was a mixture of piano, guitar, and violin.  And I managed to sneak flowers in without the girls knowing so they were surprised to receive them after they played.  Then we all had a dessert buffet afterwards.  Yum!
