I can't believe Celee is 12 years old! She is such a smart, talented, thoughtful, creative, and gorgeous young lady. I am so proud of her!
I love this look! We have a photo of Celee when she was 18 months old making this exact same face. When she was little it was easy to excite her and get the face. This time she was a little excited to get her own tablet. She's waited for 2 years to get one and I don't think she was expecting it. :)
For her party Celee wanted to take her friends to Stratosphere Trampoline Park. In addition to the room filled with trampolines, there is trampoline tracks that lead to a giant jumping pillow and dodge all courts.
Then it was home for chocolate bomb cake!
We also played a saran wrap game. Each kid had to wear gloves. The kids to their right would roll dice until they rolled doubles. Each kid had that amount of time to try to unwrap as much wrap as they could. There were candy and treats wrapped up in the saran wrap of course. I must say that this was hilarious! I have never heard so much screaming and hooting. And when a prize became visible, watch out! It ended up that everyone got some kind of prize out so that's good. And the game lasted way longer than we expected. I think if they had known what they were going to have to do, they would have made very different glove choices. :)
At Celee's request, we had Chinese food for dinner and her friends spent the night. She had lots of big real smiles on her face throughout the weekend, so I call this birthday a success!
