Pickin again

     We went out to First Fruits Farm with Girl Scouts to pick again.  This time it was tomatoes, peppers, and apples.  It was all pretty picked over so we were getting whatever was left over.  And it was misty rain the whole time, so at least we weren't hot.

Many of the tomatoes were too ripe and so we kind of started throwing some at each other at one point.  Not all out food fight, but a toss here and there.

Until I got Celee in the face by accident with a particularly squishy one.  Yeah, I didn't mean to get her that bad.  I'm glad she's a good sport.  So that ended the tossed tomatoes.

Then we just had fun picking with friends.  And it is always neat to see where food comes from and to appreciate the work that gets it to our tables.  And this work was to help others so it made us all feel extra good.
