Maryland Renaissance Festival

     We finally made it to the Maryland Renaissance Festival!  And I finally finished the dress that's been in progress for 2 years in time for Gwyn to wear it!  The Renaissance Festival is so much fun!  We will go again for sure.  The girls are already planning next year's costumes.

     One of the girls' favorite things was this particular performer.  He was a "baby" on stilts who periodically pooped Hershey Kisses for people.  He was hilarious.  I think we could have just followed him around and listened to what he would come up with next for a long time.

     Celee and Lyla got shoulder fairies.  It can be quite startling to see one look at you or shake it's head if you forget its there.  And they're super cute.

We caught one last show before it was time to go.  Ichabod Wainwright and his Wheel of Death was quite extraordinary.  He was funny and self-deprecating, but very talented and funny.
